The darts scorer that does the subtraction for you
Enter each visit's 3 dart total on a purpose-built numpad and Sport Score Tracker does the rest: the countdown from 501 or 301, busts reverted properly, double out checkouts and legs all handled. Free on iPhone and Apple Watch, fully offline.
Your 501 calculator, not just a chalkboard
Most darts scoreboard apps are a chalkboard with buttons: you still do the arithmetic in your head. This one is a proper darts scorekeeper and 501 calculator, an x01 scorer that does the counting. Pick 501 or 301, then after each visit type the 3 dart total on a numpad built for the job. The app subtracts it, shows what each player has left, and moves the turn on. And because it knows the board, it rejects impossible 3 dart totals like 179, so a typo can never corrupt a leg.
Busts and checkouts, by the book
Bust rules are where mates' games fall apart, so the app plays them straight. Go below zero, hit exactly zero without a double when double out is on, or leave yourself 1, and the whole visit reverts to the score you started it on, exactly as it should. Finish on a double for a standard checkout, or switch to straight out for a casual game. Mis-typed a visit? Undo reverts the last visit in one tap.
Legs, sets of nerves, and the long night
- Legs, best of 3, 5, 7 or 11. The app tracks legs won and calls the match the moment it is decided.
- Score from your Apple Watch too: the watch app scores every sport with full parity.
- History and stats build up over time: every leg and every match saved on your phone.
Built for darts night
Put the score where everyone can see it: AirPlay a read-only scoreboard to the TV above the board while you score from your phone. Friends who cannot make it can watch the live score over FaceTime SharePlay, or nearby on their own devices. No account, no ads, and it all works fully offline, because the pub wifi will not save you.

Darts scoring questions
Does the darts scorer support double out?
Yes. Double out is the standard finish: your final dart must land on a double to take the leg. Prefer a casual game? Switch to straight out and any dart that lands you exactly on zero wins the leg.
What happens when I bust in 501?
The app handles busts by the book. Go below zero, hit exactly zero without a double when double out is on, or leave yourself 1, and the whole visit reverts to the score you started it on. No maths, no arguments.
Can I play 301 as well as 501?
Yes. Pick 501 or 301 when you start the match. Both count down the same way: enter each visit's 3 dart total and the app subtracts it for you.
How do legs and match formats work?
Matches are played in legs, best of 3, 5, 7 or 11. The app tracks legs won for each side and calls the match the moment someone reaches the winning number of legs.
Is the darts scorer free?
Yes. Scoring darts, and all 18 sports, is free with no ads and works fully offline. A Pro subscription adds unlimited history, Insights and deep stats.
