The baseball score tracker that stays out of the way
Tap a side when a run crosses the plate. Sport Score Tracker keeps the runs and the innings: 9 by default, 7 for softball, 5 for youth games, with extra innings if it is tied at the end. No scorebook homework. Free on iPhone and Apple Watch, fully offline.
Score runs, not paperwork
A traditional scorebook is a beautiful thing and a full-time job. This baseball scorekeeper is the other thing: deliberately simple. When a run crosses the plate, tap that side to keep the baseball score. That is the whole job. There are no balls, strikes or outs to enter, no diamond diagrams, no shorthand to learn, so whoever holds the phone still gets to watch the game. Mis-tap during a big inning? Undo is one tap away.
Innings that fit your league
The game runs over innings and the app keeps count for you: 9 innings by default, 7 for softball, and 5 for youth games. Pick the format when you start and the app knows exactly when the game should end, so nobody has to argue about whether that was the top or the bottom of the last frame.
Extra innings, or call it a draw
Tied after the last inning? By default the app does what baseball does: it keeps going into extra innings until one side leads at the end of an inning. If your rec league calls tied games level and heads home, allow draws instead and the tie is recorded honestly.
From the dugout to your wrist
Score from your Apple Watch with full parity while your phone stays in the dugout, and for games you play in, the watch records the match as a workout with heart rate and calories in Apple Health. Family at home can watch the live score over FaceTime SharePlay, friends at the field can follow along nearby, and you can AirPlay a read-only scoreboard to a clubhouse TV. Your history builds win-loss records and per-match stats, season after season.

Baseball scoring questions
Can I use the baseball score tracker for softball?
Yes. Pick 7 innings for softball, 9 for baseball, or 5 for youth games. The scoring works the same in every format: tap a side when a run crosses the plate and the app keeps the innings straight.
Does it track balls, strikes and outs?
No, and that is deliberate. This is a scorekeeper, not a full scorebook: it tracks runs and innings, nothing else. There are no balls, strikes or outs to enter, so you can actually watch the game between taps.
What happens if the game is tied after the last inning?
By default the app keeps going into extra innings until one side leads at the end of an inning, just like the real thing. Prefer to call it level? Allow draws instead and a tied game is recorded as a draw.
Can I keep the baseball score from my Apple Watch?
Yes. The watch app scores baseball with full parity, so your phone can stay in the dugout. For games you play in, the watch can also record a workout with heart rate and calories in Apple Health.
Is the baseball score tracker free?
Yes. Scoring baseball, and all 18 sports, is free with no ads and works fully offline. A Pro subscription adds unlimited history, Insights and deep stats.
